What is Loan Account Number (LAN)?

The Loan Account Number is a 14 digit unique code which defines your loan account with Fullerton India. This number is mentioned at the top of your monthly statement, and can also be viewed on the dashboard when you login to our customer service portal. You should make a note of this number since it will be required whenever you raise queries through our online or telephonic customer care centres as well as branches.

How can I know my Fullerton India Loan Account Number?

Your 14 digit Fullerton India Loan Account Number is available to you in the following ways:

  1. It is mentioned at the top of your loan agreement
  2. It can be viewed at the top of your monthly statement
  3. It can be viewed on the dashboard after you login on our customer service portal

How do I check the outstanding Loan Amount at Fullerton India?

To know your outstanding loan amount, you can use any of the following methods:

  1. By logging into the online customer service portal and checking “Outstanding Loan Amount”
  2. By viewing the monthly statement that is sent to you via email / post at your registered address
  3. You can also know this amount by calling our customer care center ( 1800 103 6001). Please note that you will need to have your Loan Account Number (LAN) handy.
  4. Through Chatbot Dia available on https://www.fullertonindia.com
  5. Through the “Contact Us ” section on our website
  6. By sending an email to [email protected]

How Can I Pay My Personal Loan EMI Online?

You can pay your personal loan EMI online by following the steps below.

  1. Visit FullertonIndia.com and from the topmost menu, go to Quick Links → Pay Online
  2. Enter your Loan Account Number
  3. Choose the amount you would like to pay. You have the option of paying the entire amount, the EMI amount or a custom amount. Please note that if you are paying an amount more than your EMI amount, prepayment charges may be applicable. Similarly, if you are paying a custom amount that is less than your EMI amount, interest charges will be applied to the balance amount. To know more, please contact customer care.
  4. Enter your registered phone number and email ID
  5. Select the payment mode. You will be shown Billdesk as a payment option.
  6. You will be directed to the payment gateway. Here, you can choose to pay via Netbanking, Debit card, UPI, etc. as per your preference.

Alternately, you can also set ECS option so that the amount will get auto-debited on a particular day of the month for the duration of your loan tenure. To know more, please feel free to contact us at 1800 103 6001.

Can I Pay Fullerton India Online Payment through Credit Card?

At the moment, we don’t accept online payments for EMIs via credit card. However, we do accept payments via debit cards. You can use this easy option to pay your EMI online in a few clicks after ensuring that your bank account has sufficient balance.

Can I Pay my Loan EMI using UPI?

Yes, you can pay your EMI for any loan availed from Fullerton India online using UPI. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit FullertonIndia.com and from the topmost menu, go to Quick Links → Pay Online
  2. Enter your Loan Account Number
  3. Choose the amount you would like to pay. You have the option of paying the entire amount, the EMI amount or a custom amount.
  4. Enter your registered phone number and email ID
  5. Select the payment mode “Billdesk”
  6. To pay via UPI, please select the relevant option and complete the payment.

How can I Pay my loan EMI via Phonepe?

At the moment, we don’t accept online payments for EMIs via PhonePe wallet. However, if you are registered on Phonepe UPI, you can use the UPI option to make the payment. Please note that you will get a request on your Phonepe app, which needs to be authorised by you in order to complete the payment. How do I get my Fullerton India Loan Statement?

You can get a statement of your loan account from Fullerton India in the following methods:

  • Call customer care ( 1800 103 6001) and speak to our representative to place a request
  • Login to our customer service portal and check the statement by entering the required time period. You can alternately raise a service request through the portal for a physical or email copy of the statement.
  • Email us at [email protected] from your registered email ID and place a request for your statement with details such as your name, LAN (loan account number) registered mobile number, and time period / month for which you require the statement. If you want a physical statement, then please mention the same.
  • Logon to www.fulleronindia.com and chat with our friendly Chatbot Dia. Select “Existing customer” from the options provided, and your name (first name and last name). Next, you will be asked for your mobile number – please ensure this is the same number which had been given to Fullerton India as your registered mobile number. You will be sent an OTP – please enter the same in the chat window. Next, select “Loan Statement” from the options provided to get your Fullerton India loan statement.
  • Go to Contact Us Page and select “Existing Customer”. After entering your details such as name, LAN, mobile number, etc., please select “Loan Related Documents” under Nature of Query / request and “Request to issue statement of account” under More details.
